Economic Growth
Create new economic avenues, such as the legalization of industrial hemp, to establish new opportunities for our community to prosper
Propose, collaborate and advocate for legislation creating an environment that encourages launching, improving, and maintaining businesses of all sizes in our community
Foster the environmental technology industry by utilizing Hawaiʻi's abundant renewable energy sources through lowering barriers to entry and providing incentives such as recycling of glass and plastics for alternative uses
Propose and promote initiatives that help diversify Hawaiʻi's economy and spur economic growth that is not heavily driven by tourism and visitor spending for the benefit of all residents

Living Cost and Infrastructure Renovation
Advocate for living wage and cost-saving, efficiency measures as our small businesses and working families are the backbone of Kailua
Support legislation alleviating the tax burden on working families and retirees by eliminating the general excise tax on over-the-counter medicines and groceries
Improve our infrastructure by collaborating with the private sector to meet the needs of our modern, global economy

Affordable Housing and HoUSELESSNESS
Support the Kauhale Initiative which promotes developing communities of permanent, supportive housing units for the chronically houseless
Collaboratively develop and propose legislation to improve rental assistance programs and invest in initiatives that help our community members find affordable housing, and keep them on pathways to self-sufficiency
Propose and support policies that designates and repurposes facilities and land to build and support Kūpuna housing developments
Advocate for "true" affordable housing units in the proposed transit-orientated development communities and the Aloha Stadium Entertainment District
Support the completion and closure of the 1995 Act 14 land claim settlement to make the Hawaiian Home Lands trust whole again
